The unity candle. In our (very, very brief) wedding ceremony, we each lit a taper candle, then blended the flame to light the unity candle together. It's nothing that we actually planned for - it was part of the package - but I thought it was a really beautiful touch.

(My decision to wear black gloves was mostly okay except for the tendency for them to obscure shots like that.)
