16.10.98 It's a green and blue day, where the world is submerged in beautiful, transcendental sunlight, and the purity of spring. Life blooms ever steadily, and the sky is unmarred by not even a trace of cloud. Little yellow flowers sprinkle the highway median strip, more life at work. The bus takes a detour through the necropolis gardens, and i'm besotted with the colours, the many shades of green and the vividness of flowers throughout the spectrum. I stare and smile in wide-eyed wonderment like a child, adoring the view, while another part of me ponders the flourishment of life in a place where the dead rest eternally. |
