Repetitive mantra to self:

Food is good. Food is nutritious. A wide variety of foods will provide you with vitamins and minerals and all the fuel you need. The occasional Hot Pocket is not a sin.

Exercise is good. Exercise helps you have energy and strength. You don't have to go for more than an hour a day. It's alright to take rest days. You don't have to hurt yourself doing it. Do what is fun, not what makes you want to weep.

You are not your thighs. You are not a number on the scale, or a number on the measuring tape, or a number on the tag in the back of your pants or shirt. You are not ugly. You are not despicable. You are not disgusting.

Eating, exercising = good. Eating disorder = bad.
